Pricing & Cancellation

Pricing

All workshops are taught by professionally trained dance teachers. All workshops are available either virtually or in-person with the exception of Kaeja Elevations, which can only be facilitated in-person.

Workshop Fees

• Virtual and In-Person Workshops: $240/hour plus HST

• Workshops Taught by Allen Kaeja: $360/hour plus HST

Additional Fees

In addition to the hourly fee, the following costs apply for in-person workshops.

• Travel: $15/hour per teacher

• Gas: $25 per 100km traveled

• Lunch/Break Hours: $30/hour per teacher

All in person workshops have one teacher, with the exception of Kaeja Elevations, which has two in order to demonstrate partnering. Our teachers travel from Toronto.

Cancellation

In order to compensate our dancers and administrative staff for their time, the full workshop fee must be paid for cancellations within 10 business days of the workshop taking place. An amount of half the full workshop fee must be paid for rescheduling a workshop within 10 business days of the originally scheduled date, and the full workshop fee is then paid when the rescheduled workshop takes place.

Customization

Workshops and pricing can be modified to fit your needs.

We regularly provide extended or weekly workshops to accommodate students' ongoing creative and physical education. We also frequently work with classes towards culminating artistic projects and facilitate school-wide residencies.
